Suisho <翠初> is a true ceremonial grade matcha; stone milled, 1st flush and shaded for that smooth, easy to whisk and gentle tasting matcha. Beautiful emerald green. While it is perfectly okay to drink as an usucha (no milk), Suisho is crafted for matcha lattes. Pair it with your choice of milk, my personal favourite is Oatly's barista edition oatmilk!
